Please read our store policy as we have made some changes. Returns must be postmarked and sent back to our store within 4 days from the time of receipt (when our carrier delivers the merchandise to you). Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a full refund minus shipping and handling costs. If your return is received within 5-10 days from the time of receipt, you will receive a store credit minus shipping and handling costs. After 10 days all sales are FINAL. We are happy to help with any questions that you may have prior to making a purchase.

Credit can not be used on sale items.

If your return brings the total of your purchase below $199.00, a shipping charge will be deducted from your return. Please include the store receipt in your package.

Sale of all discounted/sale merchandise 20% off and over is final – we will not entertain returns, exchanges or store credit refunds. Items purchased on sale but less than 20% off may be returned for store credit only.

For your convenience, we inspect all our products prior to shipping for damages and inconsistencies. We strongly advise that you check all products upon delivery before removing any tags and labels.


From the time you receive an email stating your order is ready you have 24 hours to pick up. Please call our store if you are having an issue. Returns must be back within 24 hours for a full refund and 2 days for a store credit.


If doing local drop off for a web order, dropoff must be next day after delivery.


We will accept returned item(s) only if they are in perfect condition (unworn and undamaged) and in their original packaging, including all tags, labels and packaging, within the time limit mentioned above.

Please allow us 2-4 days for your sale order to process. Due to the delicate nature of our gowns, all gowns are final sale. Kindly call the store for help with measurements and sizing. We are happy to assist you.

Returned items that are missing tags and/or damaged, stained, soiled or altered will not be accepted as return, nor will we send it back to to the customer.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear are not returnable.

Shoes should be returned in their original shoe box. We will not accept shoes with any sign of wear and tear. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted or clean surface.

We take no responsibility if brand photos do not match the products in our store.

Gift Returns

If you have received a gift purchased on, you can exchange it for another item(s) of the same value or more. Please note that you will be required to pay any difference in cost, as well as additional shipping. Any unused credit will remain in your account for your next purchase.
